no i dont give away such information, so i cant enter the games discord, v rising is similar to valheim, build up is similar only the setting is different, music is similar way to get recipes is the same, its a bit different, but if it comes to discord both games have a discord, were u have to enter a smartphon number ... and thats a no go for me

It's an extra layer of verification; basically a blanket to stop bots/scam link script accounts flooding the server. It's pretty common for any game's Discord channel if it has co-op/multiplayer (like you said, Valheim).

No this is pretty normal on larger Discord servers - It prevents people from creating bots easily.

Then I must have missed something. I didn't have to do anything to join the Discord. I read the rules, clicked the Vampire role, and had full instant access.

If you already have verified your discord to a phone number, then you don't have to worry. It's just a setting that any discord server can activate to require that an account be linked to a number. If you already have done that, you won't ever see this.
