UPDATE 3/18/2022
Our team has addressed an issue with crashing and has rolled a fix into the beta branch. This is an opt-in beta, so if you would like to opt in, please do the following:

From Persona 4 Arena Ultimax in your Steam library, right click and go to Properties. Navigate to the BETAS tab and enter the beta access code:

p4auopenbeta1

From the drop down menu, select “open_beta_1-_”.

Issues addressed in this beta:

• Addressed an issue in which the game would crash when searching for online matches

Maybe you guys should try to reinstall the game!!! It worked for many games in steam when updates and fixes broke the game.

Game on 1440p monitor is pixelised. On 1080p in window mode it looks great. Playing on 1080p in full screen mode is pixelised. I dont want to play in a small window...

All my save data seems to have been deleted, and every time I boot up the game the sound is completely off until I go to options to reset it. Playing on laptop. Steam cloud issue maybe?

Might be just an issue with some codec or video playback filter like LAV Filters that break game's playback if the game uses some popular codec that these use.

I use LAV Filters and I have encountered this issue when running the game in Full Window mode. The issue doesn't happen in Fullscreen mode for me. Frankly speaking, I very much doubt that it is a codec issue.

Still waiting for the devs to fix it.

I noticed the PC Steam Version of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax has WORSE anti-aliasing than the Nintendo Switch Version. I own both and the PC version has PIXELATED EDGES on the Characters while In A Match. When Selecting the Side of the Screen you will play on, Yuu Narukami silhouette is also Pixelated on PC in comparison to the Nintendo Switch Versions smooth edges. Please fix this issue, tested on Ultra Settings on a Desktop PC more powerful than a Nintendo Switch. The Nintendo Switch Version also lacks the "Battle Voice Language" Option in the [ Sound & Language ] Settings, This allows the PC Version to have English Voice Language in Menus and Japanese Voice Language while in The Gameplay and vice versa. A nice touch on PC that the Nintendo Switch Version doesn't have for some reason. I hope for the best and wish your team good luck on resolving issues, Hopefully with ease. I'm not sure if it's a bug, or just an intentionally missing feature for the PC version... but there is no option for Lobby under Network tab. This Lobby mode actually exist in the PS4 version of the game... so that's why I think it's just bugged here.

While we're here, the free Demonstration DLCs for Challenges No.25 and No.30 are also missing in this version of the game.

Sadly the Lobby hasn't been transfered over to this port, I imagine its likely because they might've been made towards Console Network infrastructure. I do wish it would return tbh.
