You want them to release DLCs right after or together with the base game? A year is still not a lot of time to develop stuff.
One thing I don't like is how little this roadmap is saying. Although according to new valve policy the season pass descriptions will from now on need to say when the DLCs release (Year and quarter) and what will be in them (it doesn't need to say specifically, can say stuff like "new weapons and maps" but need to have some kind of gameplay related descriptions.) So they'll likely soon be forced to update the roadmap again.
And I very much believe a substantial DLC half a year after release would be easily possible if a dev teams put their efforts behind it. That it takes nearly a year for the first DLC just shows the lack of focus in that part and instead the focus on other versions of the main game. I'm not ok with that.
Besides the roadmap is insanely vague. That leads me to believe that they don't have a proper idea and aren't even deep into DLC development. So they sold nothing but empty promises at release.
I’ll never pre-order again.
