Memory leak and lockup, late utopia game.

So I've been having a problem moving forward with my week 980 utopia game. The most recent patch has not resolved this one. The issue hits just after a -building materials from woodcutting, whiteout hits. I noticed when this issue happens it goes straight from using about 30-50 percent of my memory in the task manager to using 100 percent and locking everything up. I was watching it closely this time, and the trigger seems to be clicking the building tab after the game has been running for about 15 mins. I was really enjoying my utopia game, but this is preventing me from moving forward with it.
