Bugs...repairs? trade routes?

I got 4 buildings with red icons and no repair icons on them.....
I got trade routes with a settelment that im not trading with? i banished a group to a another town and let them have it, so it shouldent take resources from me anymore should it, but it does...and it keeps popping up with messages that trade with matrial settlement has changed due to whatever....

Also why is it possible to collect stuff/people and so on from the map while the white out is running? if they can collect and go to the city in a white out, you should also be able to send them so one way or another thats yet another bug.
