Is there UI scaling?

Saw a few streams and videos of the "open" beta and saw that the UI is way too small for my eyes. Is there a UI scaling so that the font size can be made bigger (a lot)?

An option to increase the UI/font size is definitely needed.
Given how small the text is with white background most of the time, my eyes get tired real fast staring at them.

I hope there will be a dark theme as well.

Thanks, I was looking for this info. Since I got a headache trying to make out the 3px font in the frist game, I won’t bother with this one.
