The steps should help with your issue. If the issue persists please, reach out to our Player Support for assistance and provide them with your DxDiag file, as well as, with the link to this thread.
To create a DxDiag file:
- Click on Start
- Type “DxDiag” and launch DxDiag
- Click on “Save all information”
- Save “Dxdiag.txt” file
