how to put on a research institute
I mean seriously, where do you want to put this building? It's not in the guide

Builda housing district, Then click on the district then click the Expand button

There I was adding another housing thing manually and wondering what the heck I was doing wrong!

It can be explained but i think it would be a good idea to have the full requirements of every building. imo, and hoping they do that
