Radical Ideas Acting Weird
So I have researched and implemented all laws related to Equality and I also have a good few Equality buildings built and I'm trying to get the cornerstone. However, I only have the Merit radical ideas unlocked despite having nothing related to that ever being researched or implemented. If it matters at all, I do have both the Faithkeepers and Evolvers at supported status, though they were both devoted earlier and I plan to get back to that level.

Update: Devoted with both factions again, still nothing.

Update: Confirmed with myself that in storymode it is strictly decided by who you side with during the big decision points (defeating vs. embracing the frost and winterhome fate). since there are 2, you can get both radical ideas available as well
