Crash on start

So tomorrow i play around 5 hours with no problems, but today, i literally cant start the game. it is crashes with UE error with this text:
SLowLevelFatalError [File:E:\BuildAgent\work\gold\UE4\Engine\Source\Runtime\PakFile\Private\IPlatformFilePak.cpp] [Line: 4203] Retry was NOT sucessful.

directx error, try running an older DX version by adding launch option -dx11

After latest patch I have this error whenever I click on Goto icon. Game is unplayable now despite latest drivers for RTX 3060 :/

C:\Users\***YOUR USERNAME***\AppData\Local\11bitstudios\Frostpunk2.
To create a DxDiag file:

• Click on Start
  
• Type “DxDiag” and launch DxDiag
  
• Click on “Save all information”
  
• Save “Dxdiag.txt” file

For anyone wondering, I solved it by setting Upscaling to Disabled.
