Do you loose resources if you got full stockpile?
or do you just produce less or use up frostlands deposits slower,?

Haven't checked in awhile, but you lose resources, I believe.
This was a good question. I always wonder when the stockpile is full does the game just delete any excess? Apparently it does. that's kinda crappy
i think a game tip says you don't, and from what i can tell, it probably does impact extraction districts, but i don't know about how it works for colonies

No you dont lose resources. The drain is throttled back automatically and they will just last longer. This is true for Frostlands AND inhouse/inmap deposits as well. You dont need to worry about this.

While we are on stockpiles. By how much is an external stockpile increasing it?. Is it just 50k for all stockpiles or more? I mean the once you sometimes find the frostlands.
if someone has the number now, post it, i will try and get the numbers some time later in a playthough i have

The Outpost 11 stockpile increase increases your stockpile by 50k per upgrade. Upgrading it fully adds 100k stockpile room but only for New London colonies aren't affected. And yes that is for all resources.

In frostpunk 1 they kind of just waited outside the city, if I recall.

I don't really know what the point of this is, except as a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ place to find and eventually offload people. Running into this on the Dreadnought scenario on Captain is a nightmare. Resources are already scarce, and you scout a damn empty warehouse.

It was mostly a fun nod to the last game, since outpost 11 was the only scenario they released in the first game that took place after a new home. But as for the stockpile... Yes, I have mentioned this before that I think the stockpiles, even the outpost ones are simply too small for how quickly you can amass resources between whiteouts.
