How to get Sneak a Peek achievement?
As the title suggest, I'm at a loss how to get this achievement, 0.9% has completed the achievement so it is possible, but how? I tried many hubs around an industrial district as well as a housing district but I still don't have it. What even is the "situation" being referred to?

when an event popped out from a district (pops out a yellow triangle to click) do not click the event pause the game and just zoom in and out to the district that has the event 10 times
