UI faction bug - faction icons overlapping

I got a bug in my second playthrough.
New Londoners icon on the bottom of the screen started moving to the left.
Not sure when and what caused it. At first I was just like "londoners are strangely close to faith keeperes". Then they moved completely behing faith keepers.
Now it's nearly impossible to click on their icon to use any action on them.
After I closed some people in prison and a new faction appeared, they also overlapped with remaining two factions.
Restart/reinstall of the game doesn't help. Changes in settings don't seem to do anything. At this point, this save is pretty much corrupted and really hard to play

To create a DxDiag file:

• Click on Start
  
• Type “DxDiag” and launch DxDiag
  
• Click on “Save all information”
  
• Save “Dxdiag.txt” file

MS Store version: C:\Users\***YOUR USERNAME***\AppData\Local\11bitstudios\Frostpunk2\MS\Saved\SaveGames
