A New Home - How do you transfer control to the Faithkeepers after you've satisfied their needs

I've decided to set up Windward Moor as a place for the Faithkeepers to settle. I've not completed all the below:

ELIMINATE DEVISIONS
Rid the city of Faithkeepers (At large: 0)

A NEW HOME
Set up Winward Moor as a new home for Faihkeepers
Ensure it can meet its own needs for Shelter,, Food, and Heat
Stockpile 100,000 Coal in Windward Moor

All of these are ticked off and greyed out. Every resource is full and increasing

The only outstanding objective is

Or Transfer Control of Windward Moor to the faithkeepers when you are satisfied.



How do you transfer control to the Faithkeepers? I dont seem to have the option to

I have forgotten but its a button you should have been able to hit at any time. Check the central generator district of Windward Moor and also check the faction interface tabs and see if its in either of those.

Its SOMEWHERE

Top right of the screen, where you transfer resources, there is a new icon where you can transfer control.
