Is the Venturers passive income ability working properly?

As the title says.
The active ability is working but not the passive heatstamp buff. I have them at devoted, I hover over the heatstamp indicator and the buff doesn't show. Is it bugged or am I missing something?
Playing on Captain difficulty.

It also doesn't show you whenever a rally event happens and you choose "Provide more heatstamps". The counter goes up by 2 but the game doesn't make a LOG of the source of the increase. Which is odd because the game makes a log of every OTHER source of increase....

Seems to be working as intended for me.

I suggest making a save state, then using whatever methods you can to plummet their standing with you. Secret Police. Demote them with the council tab. Ask them for money. Use all the options available. THEN compare your HS income now to the one you have when they're devoted to you. You should see a difference, much like I did.

Tried lowering their relationship to despised (even unlocked an achievement lol) and there was no change on the heatstamp income.
No updated numbers on the indicator either.

How odd.... how long have you had them at Devoted with seemingly no effect?

since I got them Devoted, they never gave the passive bonus.

Rallies do show the heatstamp income in the tooltip. The venturer bonus might be under the details of the city center district. At least for Icebloods thats where the food bonus was shown.
