Food - Fuel - Materials Colonies

Hi,
I play utopia mode and chose "Colonise the frostland". I've already built three colonies (Dreadnought, Windward and Crater) but the games shows for every colony type 0/10.000. Do I have to assign the function manually to every colony? Does the number mean the people living in the colony or the amount of stored ressources?
Time is running out for my captain (week 1943), my main city is growing and growing and... Is this a bug or did I forget something?

Amount of people in colony, which is weird since it's supposed to be at least 3k since colony being built. It seriously looks like a bug.

Thx Adrien, in youtube I saw that on the map the colony sites were named "fuel colony" etc. On my map the sites have the original names.

Yes this is bugged, there are 2 frostland maps, the Story map, which you get if you choose Dreadnought, Crater or Hanging Rock as your starting location, or a Random map, which you get if you choose any of the other 4. This ambition only works in the Random frostland map, until (hopefully) it gets fixed.

Ah that's annoying, i was looking up how to actually do this achievement but I guess this save file is a wash. Unfortunate because it takes a while to get to the point when you can start colonies only to find out I'm doomed to failure anyway.
