Report a translation problem
I assume you have an SSD. If you don't, it's not necessarily all that expensive.
You already know what your likely problem is, it's listed on your post. I'm not putting in the work to find out what you can do to make games more likely to run on an oudated OS - but you can if you want.
There's also Linux, I have no idea how well the game runs on Linux, but you could test it before installing it.
Please, get in touch with our Player Support using the contact form HERE [11bitstudios.com] and let them know about the issues you are experiencing. Please send your DxDiag file, a full crash dump, and any logs that should be found here:
C:\Users\***YOUR USERNAME***\AppData\Local\11bitstudios\Frostpunk2.
To create a DxDiag file:
- Click on Start
- Type “DxDiag” and launch DxDiag
- Click on “Save all information”
- Save “Dxdiag.txt” file
