Computer crashes after I start Frostpunk 2

Computer crashes after I start Frostpunk 2.
The round loading symbol appears briefly after the intro and then my computer shuts down. Can you please help me. I don't know what to do.

My hadware:
Graphics: Radeon RX Vega 64 (24.9.1)
Ram: 32Gb
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core
Windows 10

I don't know if the game runs on Windows 10, but if it does, you'd have to consider whether your Direct X has been updated.

I assume you have an SSD. If you don't, it's not necessarily all that expensive.

You already know what your likely problem is, it's listed on your post. I'm not putting in the work to find out what you can do to make games more likely to run on an oudated OS - but you can if you want.

There's also Linux, I have no idea how well the game runs on Linux, but you could test it before installing it.

To create a DxDiag file:

• Click on Start
  
• Type “DxDiag” and launch DxDiag
  
• Click on “Save all information”
  
• Save “Dxdiag.txt” file
