Red Exclamation Mark...

Hello, guys! After the recent update, I noticed that I have a red exclamation mark beside most of my graphic settings. Mousing over, I receive a pop-up message that the setting is not recommended for my system, despite running an RTX 4090. Now, i realise I don't need to run the game on Ultra to enjoy it, but I find this message odd, given the hardware.

Anyone experiencing the same? Thoughts?

3090 here. High is recommended. Ultra gives warning.
It's not clear what goes into these warnings.
Do they look at video memory? Do they check individual card models? Who knows.

When the game came out I tested each setting and some of them have almost no performance impact on Ultra.

My guess is that they don't want people running on ultra settings and complaining about performance. (there are a few setting like Fog and Lighting that have a major FPS impact)

Additionally I noticed yet another red exclamation mark beside DLSS "Quality"! I mean, what?

i have red flag in ultra high but nothing issue in my gameplay, maybe its just me not being "1000fps is unplayable" cs2 elitist

I tried some various settings. It looks like it's meant to keep most people around/above 60 fps, if you aren't using frame gen. Maybe it's just them being proactive about performance complaints. Other than that with everything maxed out, I went from 50-60 before the update to 80-90 after. I can max out the frame rate on my monitor now just by going from ultra quality to quality dlss. I think they did a great job with the update.

I have an rtx 3060 and yet the only setting that doesn't give me an exclamation mark is "very low"
