why is the frostbreaking tile amount 8?

Just feels kinda awkward to have an absolute need of 8 tiles specifically, its not enough to make a full expanded district and its too much for small adjustments, so you´ll end up either needing to frostbreak twice for the 1 or 2 more tiles you need, or frostbreaking way more area than needed just because you wanted 3 more tiles for a district.
Making it be a maximum of 9 tiles instead of a requirement of 8 tiles would feel less janky i think.

Maybe that is the point. To add extra frustration on top of running your city. Always being one step behind. Always having to pay that extra 30 heatstamps you don't have to open the ground.

8 is the best number. Always been my favorite. Now instead the district numbers themselves are the odd ones. Not the frostbreak.

Use mods on nexus, get your 16 or 80 tiles per one team
