otherwise, if you replace it with another building of the same faction, well, they're probably reasonable enough to accept that... they're probably not partisans of just the one thing.... that would be a small minority....
Honestly the fix is very simple. Just add a counter on how long the building have exist since fulfilling the promise, and once the counter pass (let's say 30 weeks) it would cancel the angry event.
Or just discard any such promise for any extraction building on depleted resources nodes.

I just wanted to let you know that we are looking into some different scenarios related to this particular case. We will investigate those further and see if anything could or should be changed when it comes to factions' / communities' behaviours after buildings are demolished after depletion.
