1. Frostpunk 2's pre-order sales decreased after the announcement.
2. we have been shown the actually new things that are being worked on
3. Frost punk 2 hasn't been making that much from pre-order sales never breaking top 700 in sales on steam
4. Most people are waiting for the release to buy the game after reviews come out.
Considering these facts... Sounds like wild speculation at best.
again, incorrect. The closed beta was never free. It always was a premium edition pre-order bonus.
also that beta isn't even open anymore and we have no news on if we will even be given another beta between now and release.

3. That's not true. The game was in Top100 some time ago (before beta). Current pre order sales are quite bad though (~700-900 in Top sales; Steam only).
