Hopefully, there is an option to switch between them.
the orginals UI had very good functionality, contrast, highlights, etc. as long as there are no downgrades in that department it's probably something you can get used to. but honestly it does look a bit sleekified and sleekness usually means more information hidden in tooltips/submenus/more minimalist graphics/etc.
im seeing lot of support in reddit community to have the dark ui at least as an option. Really this minimalistic white UI breaks the tone of the game a lot. Plus it adds a lot of brightness to a gaming room.
There is an option in the settings to change it. Go to main menu, and the last option on the first tab is a dark UI setting. Change it to forced or enabled.
