Neat idea, executed really well, really looked forward to the full release now.
I think that's a fair comment yes, did you enjoy what you had played?
The game seems much closer to complete than I expected.. I hope we get a release date soon.
Also agree, would have liked to at least got to the next location [*}, done some more mining/resource gathering etc.
That being said, it was still fun, will be keeping an eye on this one.
* I'm assuming the game loop is basically new location, x number of days to do everything, create a new Alt as and when needed, then drive to the next location, repeat till you get to escape the planet. Perhaps with some puzzles to solve, such as why everyone else in the pods died etc.
Yeah running animation is kinda goofy, didn't notice many performance hiccups but I have a good setup so perhaps that's why.
I just wonder if the game is going to be a story that supports the gameplay, or the other way around. The demo currently gives me the feeling that the survival/crafting mechanics are just busywork to push the story forward.
