Zipp's Flight Academy Bug

Idk if it's just me or not but I flew through every ring in the Flight Academy and still got 990 when the top score needed for what I assume are the extra stars or whatever are 1000. Not sure if it's just me sucking or a bug but I've tried at least 6 times now and same result each time. I did notice some rings give out more score than others but that didn't seem to help much seeing as how it all results in the same thing. 990. The solution I assume for the devs would be to make the last ring give 30 score instead of 20. Hopefully they get around to it soon.

I'm seemingly stuck at 880, currently just floating above the ocean with no signs of hoops nor balloons, like it's not frozen I can still move left and right but there's nothing happening. Is this a bug or am I just a tad impatient?

That's certainly a bug. the minigame should take a minute about.

We're sorry to hear you're having difficulties with this mini-game. We have shared it with our QA team to investigate and they have told us that they are unable to reproduce it.

They have tested it by playing it on different computers and with different properties.
In any case, they will continue to investigate it with production to see if we can see what might be going on.

Bit of a necro but this seems to be related to external framerate capping programs. I use RivaTuner's Statistics Server to cap most Unity games at either 15 or 30 FPS to avoid unnecessary GPU fan noise and ran into this same bug. Taking the FPS cap off allowed the finishing ring to show up and see me finish the race.
