How do I finish the star-signs bit?

I'm unable to solve this puzzle. Would love some help. I can't seem to figure out the swipe code!

Next to the bed on the nightstand is a box...and on the bed is a piece of paper...

Use the torch covers in that box, the numbers on the paper and the star chart on the wall.

i'm in the same boat. I have the numbers on the paper, looking at the poster, i see the torch covers. I don't know where to put those covers and i don't understand what to draw with my finger on this lock.

You have to use the touch screen to draw the patterns from the star signs that match the code on the paper. Its annoying because I thought you had to shine the light onto the panel, but you don't - it needed a bit more explaining i think as I was stuck here for far too long.

Thanks... I just about dislocated my shoulder trying to align the flashlight pattern with the panel dots thinking that maybe I just didn't have it aligned correctly.

EVERYTHING about this puzzle indicated you should shine the constellation onto the panel and line up the corresponding dots... and NOTHING indicated the panel could be drawn on. Horribly designed puzzle.

Glad I'm not alone. I thought shining the pattern onto the panel was making the dots light up when you aligned a star, so kept trying all angles and distances but of course that's actually impossible. I think I finally accidentally swiped the panel and drew a line. That was the Ah-ha moment, and I finished it soon after that.

Lol, same here. I kept moving around, trying to get the lights on the flashlight to align with the lock, and got so frustrated I ended up looking up a walkthrough and seeing you're supposed to draw the constellation. I felt really dumb.

I have been screwing with this for about 45 minutes now trying to make the light beam match the dots on the panel. Then trying to jam the flashlight in it, where I'd get a chime and wrong code. Thank you, this was driving me nuts!!

This is the reason I came looking for help. Turning and twisting and angling that darn flashlight trying to line the stars up and find out have to trace them. Glad I only spent about 15 min. Stupid watch could have said something.
