Light/number puzzles for black hole vials

Desperately need some kind of tip or rules for the light/number puzzles. 60 year old mom who managed to drive the RC car, play the drums, activate the launch codes while shooting soldiers, and hide in the bathroom taking out drones by swatting them down. Loving the puzzle games bc I usually suck at the shooting and driving stuff. Can’t believe I’m stuck in these stupid puzzles. Any suggestions?

The rules are
Turn on all of the lights.
Clicking a light will light up the row and column as well.
Columns and rows cannot jump blank spaces where there is no bulb.
You cannot click more than bulb in the same column or row unless there is a blank/numbered space between them.
Numbered spaces must have the same number of adjacent bulbs clicked in the top/bottom/left/right positions. Diagonals don't count.
Start around numbered spaces using the constraints to narrow down where lights have to be clicked.
