Looking for Giant Oak and Ancient Oracle Trees

I just received a few new quests, one is Vast Endurance, I can't seem to find the necessary giant oak to breed with the ancient oak, and the other is the God's Favourite Tree which needs an ancient oracle tree.
Does anyone know where to find either one?

It seems to be random on which seed you get. I've gotten a few giants, and I think on my other save I did get a giant oak.

The first is a Giant Oak, only found a few of those. The second is a Ancient Oracle Tree. There are more of those around but this on is easy to get to. Hope they help.

There should be one of each cultivar on the map except for crossbreeds, biome variants, and maybe tainted...emphasis on "should" and "one". There might only be a single plant of a given cultivar on the entire map (took me ages to find a wild monument mushroom, only did it when I noticed a regular colored one inside a grove biome) and I personally never found a single sunburst cultivar in my otherwise-100% playthrough.

That is true, some things I have only found one of, maybe two. But there is a definite lack of some varieties.

While the rare cultivars of plants can be hard to find, they should all appear on the map somewhere. If you're still having trouble finding any of them, I can try to point you in the right direction, assuming you're on the default map.

Hi, I'm a bit confused what you mean about the monument shelf. I know this post is from a while back so I understand you don't remember, but I have scoured the map and cannot seem to find a wild monument shelf.

They are very few and far between. You could very easily run past them and not notice. I have not played in a while. I don't believe I marked any of those. There should be some in canyon biome somewhere. If only a couple.
