Storage Strategies?

I'm completely overwhelmed with way too many plants / seeds / flint / stones / etc. Then you have the variants of fresh / dry / ?? (that is purple?) and things that are also edible / plantable.

I've built 8 storages, upgraded them, but I'm just floundering. with no means of labeling storage (I don't see it), it's just too much.

How do you handle storage in this game?

I'm sorry to say that there is no way to mark or label containers currently, but what I usually do is to keep the perishables / dry seeds / crafting materials separate.

You don't usually need to keep a lot of fresh seeds around once you've planted a few of that type of plant, so I like to compost all of the extra.
