Hybrid Plants - Making directly?

There's a final option on the bottom right of the memory tree that describes the ability to make hybrid plants directly. Where do I do this exactly? I've unlocked that memory, and i have a lot of open quests that require making hybrid plants. I've planted a ton of different versions of the plants next to each other but they never seem to make the hybrids naturally for me, hence really wanting to try doing it using the magical option. :D

If you look at the journal it tell you what two plants you need. I have found having the seed of the first and interact qith the second, allows you to create a hybrid in thr listed menu when you interact with jt. Have also been told you can plant thr Teo side by side, and get the quest finished thst way. Take note, getting some of the plants to combine is a puzzle. You jVe to find the right area to plant a seed, to get the option to make it what you need. If I can help in any of that, I have finished most of those quest. Can point you in a general area. Still unanswered properly. Why are there so many quests involving this when they don't explain it at all? That is just bad game design.

Here's the deal. Once you have the survival skill symbiosis you can crossbreed specimen on purpose. You combine always two plants of the same kind. There are only so many combinations and the spirits tell you one each. You will need always one fully grown plant and a seed of the other that can be combined. You interact with the plant and select from the menu what it should drop. That should complete the quest. When you plant that hybrid seed from that point onwards you can change every kind into that. When that matures and you revisit that tree or flower so that its name is shown you should get notified you made progress in the secret memory skill tree. When you plant combinable seeds next to each other like lilies in a patch, they have a chance to drop a hybrid seed without further efforts. Didn't occur much for me, though. Now your inventory will be cluttered even more. Congratulations...

Hmm, "interacting" did not show any menu. No idea still how hybrid works.

Say you want to produce cutting dunegrass which is wild+giant, you take the seed of one to a mature plant of the other. then there should be the option of cutting dunegrass at the bottom of the list. this will transform the seed in your inventory into a cutting dunegrass seed

I'm not used to all these menu options at the bottom of the inventory. Took me hours to notice that scrolls have an option to read them.
