How do I kill this wraith outpost?

I have tried blocking and shooting it directly. It's the one northeast to the Jasmine outpost... Please help.

You have to use the item you get from GLEB. It can cause an earthquake and destroy them. You can't use the mirror. Late game you see a lot of them.

Do we need to upgrade the the chisel or something for it to work on them? I have the item from Gleb now and I've tried using all three modes on it on the outposts/orbs and nothing has happened. The game is so bizarrely explained/document I'm not sure if that's a bug or if I'm still just missing something.

Using earthquake should do it. The problem might be you have to wait. I didn't try it before I learned it from The God of time. He gives you a quest which is late in the game to learn about your some of the items. Including how to use the Gleb Chisel. IDK why it is so late in the game they teach you these things.

For p l o t reasons. Arx can be seen more as an Elder God, per se. The other four gods are not giving you their full power, and so he helps you unlock the full potential of the tools they've given you :)

YEP.. game has no 'info' tab for when you need help.. i did the bee thing finally and got the chisel.. then started restore city and can not get this chisel to work.. there is no info on how to put down the markers etc. i see arrows and thought maybe a circle around.. the earthquake doesn't do a thing to it.. so yep, no info in game.

Heya! For earthquake, hold down the button and you'll see a circle getting wider from your characters location. Let go and the earthquake will happen!

For uplift, you need to connect the last and first point, so you'll need a minimum of three points to do so (think of a triangle) Anything in that area will be uplifted.
