How to get rid of corruption orbs

I could destroy the ones shooting projectiles by reflecting it but I can't find a way to destroy the ones that shoot lightning yet. I have an upgraded mirror, upgraded tools, and a few powers but none seems to work!

Hi Suzy,
For those, you will be able to destroy them towards the end of the main quest line, when you do the Arx quests. If you get to those quests, please let me know if you can destroy those towers. Thanks so much! Howard

Ok ok! I'll continue the main quests a bit further then! Thanks for the quick answer! Btw, I'm having a grand time on the game (on Xbox), the only thing I would improve is the overall performance, it gets laggy when you play for a while. :)
