Best place to find sandstone

The title. I've been spending a lot of my time collecting seeds and plants so I'm still not sure where to find a ton of the stuff.

On top of the cliffs can be good spots at the start around your grove, if you spot a copper rock usually there's 2 or 3 rocks with sandstone/flint around them.

Sandstone is very plentiful in other biomes as you progress through the main story (or by just exploring further and further out from your starting grove.) After a dust storm, the dig spots alongside boulders replenish, so its worth checking known spots again every once in a while.

It seems like the dust storms stack newly refreshed spots to dig after every one, too. I've discovered new veins after I've gone through three to four storms and there's a mountain of spots to dig up, lots of flint/sandstone/rock salt in the flats. Also the mountains have an absolute metric ton of granite and sandstone, if you've gotten that far yet.
