How to destroy this Wraith Outpost?

I'm still in the beginning of the game (having fun btw), and I need to destroy 3 Wraith Outposts. I destroyed 2 by use Mistberries (and blowing the horn). The closest Outpost to the shrine (in the salt flats) looks like the attached screenshot. There's no horn to blow, and I'm not doing any damage to it. Is this the wrong Outpost? Also, is this Outpost destructable?

Hi!
In order to find the 3 outposts (the ones with the horns) you should follow the pink meteors that fly through the sky in the salt flats area.

The structure shown in that image can be destroyed eventually, but it requires abilities you will find later in the game.

I'm super new to the game - how does one find this horn and bird? I've already spoke with the cat god - who gave me the quests to find the other 2. There isn't a lot of "direction" on this aside from mistberries. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

The horns will be at the wraith outposts the red/pink meteors are coming from, they will be shooting them at bird god statue

for the ones that appear indestructible you need the chisel item from the bee god and an upgrade from the quest just before the final battle

Earthwright's Chisel from the canyon god and have it upgraded by god of change later in the game, i think you need to do the 4 area gods missions first before you get this mission

In case it's not clear from the answers above, there are 3 wraith outposts with shell horns that you need to destroy in order to get to the sky god. There are also other outposts without horns - you can just ignore these for the moment. If you find and destroy the ones with the shell horns then you will be able to progress with the rest of the quest.
