Any news on release date? Or is it abandoned?

I just finished the demo. The story seems super interesting. But there are some things that I think are necessary game-play wise. From the start, the screens seem larger than the ones Metaphobia had. The character moves a bit too slow given their size. Getting from one place to the other takes too much time. The same goes for going up or down the stairs, which even in this short demo is required many times.
