windows 8 sucks on SOO many levels...

you had to run it in windows NT mode on win7, which you cannot on win 8

BUT, you can install a VM, run win xp on the VM and then it will run no problems

or just downgrade to 7 or vista. Or best option....LINUX

Not anymore, the game was removed from the storefront, maybe you can find someone that hold the game as a gift in their inventory
