This means your graphics card does not have the hardware support necessary to run the game.
DirectX (or Direct3D as its 3D component is called) handles hardware support for various types of feature through what they call "feature levels." For D3D_FEATURE_LEVEL_11_1 what they mean is that the hardware of the GPU needs to support "logical blend operations, target-independent rasterization, UAVs at every pipeline stage with increased slot count, UAV only rendering with force sample count, constant buffer offsetting and partial updates, as well as all 11_0 features."
It's important to note that these feature levels are separate from the software level. Even if you have DirectX 12 installed (which all Win10 and Win11 machines have), your hardware might not be capable of actually utilizing features that are part of the "12_x" feature levels.
If you've heard of "DirectX 12 Ultimate" recently, that's basically a marketing friendly name to refer to the latest 12_2 feature level, for example.
But anyway, unless the developers are able to implement support for the 11_0 feature set into the game there's not a lot you yourself can do since, well, the hardware support just isn't there for you.
I'm getting that I need DirectX 11.1 . I have directx 12
Please can someone help me?
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

All the driver updates done. Up to date.
That GPU is not supported.
Guess we're f*cked, that's it.
