For sure. Remember these are PS4 games... underpowered CPU and GPU.

Just because the ps4 was under powered compared to PC doesnt mean god of war will play easy. You will have a full graphical upgrade with some extra physics etc

You will probably be able to play it at some lower settings, your biggest issue will be the 4gb gddr6 of gpu memory so detail wise will probably be low .

We will have to wait and see what the expected minimum requirements will be.

tbh i wouldnt mind playing at low-mid settings with good frames .. since i never owned a console till now , i was always smitten by the god of war series .. played gow 1& 2 using the pcsx2 emulator .. i was just overwhelmed seeing gow 2018 on steam .. lets hope for the best

I'm sure you will be able to play it.
Remember that usually when devs talk about improving graphics they usually do that on the high settings, leaving low up to medium with minimal changes from the original.
Also your pc is more powerful than a ps4

You should be able to run it at 1440p60 with PS4 pro equivalent settings with that setup. maybe bump it down to 1080p if you wanna turn up some of the quality settings.

If the port is good like days gone, yeah easily.
Just wait till they post the system requirement then ask, because at this point all your gonna get is speculation.

If you can run Horizon Zero Dawn at 60 fps then you can run God Of War easily. HZD is more demanding than GOW.

If you got a decent cpu and gpu it will play. CAN YOU MAX IT OUT AT 4K... that's an entirely different question.

1080p medium settings should be possible for very modest systems at say 30 fps for a true console like experience haha.
Try again loser Oct 27, 2021 @ 8:57pm

No, you did NOT play HZD on original settings with 60 fps

You played with 35-45 fps and that's what you should expect with GOW too

I swear to god, i will never understand why people lie about their fps on forums....
