i need help with the "OpenXR loader failed to initialize" error

pleas help it keeps saying "OpenXR loader failed to initialize, Please verify your headset is connected with the correct XR Runtime" I am using SteamVR with a Vive headset and melon loader for my code mods.

yo dawg i have a vive headset too (cosmos elite) and if you go to bonelabs root folder, and set to run the games exe as admin it worked for me. Would probably work for you too.
