You'll need to install MelonLoader and, afterwards, the code mod "Fusion" into your new Mods folder.

There are plenty of tutorials online for installing MelonLoader and Fusion. If you're running BONELAB on your quest (Your quest isn't linked to your PC), install LemonLoader instead.
