If you're on the SteamVR Beta, that's most likely your issue.

Interesting. I was running it on Steam VR Beta for a while before this issue occured.

This issue stemmed from recent patches, can't remember if it's from patch 4 or 5.

Change to Betas -> Previous - The previous release in SteamVR properties. SteamVR live and SteamVR beta branches have issues. SLZ is aware of the problem.
