Meta Quest 3 Controllers not working (at all)

Hi Guys.

I'm trying to stream this game via SteamVR to my Meta Quest 3 and my Controllers are connected but do not work AT ALL in-game. No tracking or button inputs are registered but headset movement. I have set the openXR setting to SteamVR and trying to load a controller mapping from the workshop as suggested in previous discussions but it doesn't seem to work.
