Please help i can't move my arms

i had boneworks and i was playing the free version (u know xd) i bought the game and when i start i cant move my arms. The hands yes like open and close the hand but i cant select anything in the main menu. I uninstalled all mods delete saves games re install the game and disable nvidia display in game. Pls help i cant play. I play on metaquest 3.
