Stuck on "Initializing Assetwarehouse" screen
Suddenly had a problem where I'm stuck on the initializing asset warehouse screen, using steam version virtual desktop, usually it sends me into the vr loading screen but it's been unusually stuck on this screen for a while.

I've tried reinstalling, verifying game file integrity, power cycled pc, ran steam vr/steam/bonelab in compatibility mode/as admin, ran bonelab in steamvr instead of in VD, basically everything.

pleas help

I had the same issue. If you have any mods installed then try and take one out at a time. One of my mods that I created had a big ♥♥♥♥♥♥ oopsie and didnt have a pallet name so it just wouldnt work at all. I noticed that when i took out the mod the game seemed to load normally. hope this helps

Haven't checked this thread in a while but iirc this is what fixed it for me, I just did a clean wipe of all my manually installed mods and it started working.

i have a question how many mods do you need to take away?

The amount of mods you haven isn't the issue, its a matter of eliminating the singular or multiple old mods that haven't been updated to match the game's new version, causing it to not load the game. These are likely code mods, not map/spawnable mods. At the time I didn't know which mods were causing the problems, as you likely don't either. I just used the method of deleting every single one of them to ensure I didn't miss any.
