i think they can but didnt because they knew all the quest peeps would buy the game regardless as most are unaware of what actual VR can be. pretty low ball from devs by also assuming the modders are gonna make the game great. modders should not touch it until devs address glaring issues.........this is the main release...... not beta, nor early access. there shouldnt be as many bugs as there are.
there are just too many devs that took the meta money and pulled this stunt.
