Avatar importing?
Is there any information yet on how it's done or am I just way too early. I have an install of Unity Hub if that's how you do it.

when I try to load in the URL packages in unity I get errors... No idea why as they just say "add package via url in Unity"... have the correct version of unity as well.

Do you have to upload your avatar publicly or can you play with a local version only? My avatars are OCs and I don't want them to be publicly available

I tried out making my own avatar. You need to download the github files to your pc and add them from disk. Select the package.json to add it. There doesn't seem to be any online support unless Nexus Mods makes a bonelab section. It builds your mods locally and you just add it to your bonelabs mods folder.

I'm having issues with the Unity version 2021.3.5f1, it just throws errors in the console even with new empty projects. I have other versions working just fine.

I was able to create an avatar by following the tutorial. Added it in-game and it's selectable on the body mall. But the model itself is invisible. Not sure what the problem is, there don't seem to be any log files telling me what the problem is so I am kind of stuck.

Is your model a single mesh? BL might be trying to let you see through the models head by making it invisible like it does for Ford, but that makes the entire model invisible. You might need to split the model's head into a new mesh and make sure it's set in the tool.
One thing I'm wondering is how you can set custom stats on the avatar. Mine is basically a huge robot (the one from my pfp actually) and I replaced the heavy with it, but they don't have the same stats.

The model is separate meshes already. Head, legs, each hand, and the torso are all separate. It might be that my eye center placement is ending up inside the model somehow, I will check on that.

I had this issue too when creating my avatar. I just enabled "Update When Offscreen" under "Skinned Mesh Renderer" on the mesh to fix mine.
