so you're saying the vive controls are identical with the boneworks button mappings? thats amazing if that's the case, did you have to do anything additional or did it work right out of the box?

Does a vive headset work though? That was my main worry since it says only Index and Occulus on the store page.

Still haven't figured out sprinting yet or how to undo slowmo without waiting. Also have a bit of trouble jumping.

Nope works for me like out of the box, except sometimes you cant jump but I assume this is due to virtual crouching getting in the way

yeah jumping is kind of difficult especially a running jump, but just about everything else seems to be about the same as boneworks

They have officially stated Vive headsets are supported, Vive wands are the only thing that aren't.

They work out of the box same as boneworks even with the carpal tunnel grip mechanics unfortunately, you just have to be weary about jumping, use the middle of your trackpad to try and avoid hitting the crouch button which breaks jumping, and be ready to master vert sliding.

Jumping and sprinting unfortunately are not identical to how it worked in boneworks (I spent quite a lot of time in boneworks and got used to the controls). I would argue these 2 types of movement are actually quite important in a VR game that focuses a lot on agility.
Jumping on wands is pretty broken. And I still haven't figured out how to sprint in bonelab.

Unsupported means they can't give tech support help on them since they didn't design the game around them. They DO work (with a few issues).

They work. However, not well.

Personally, I have tried to create modified Steam VR bindings, so that I can use toggle-grip rather than the Carpal Tunnel inducing default.

Personally, I'm NOT playing until myself / the community figures out a better way to handle Vive wand usage. The issues all add up to me and I'd rather not play a flawed experience.

TO CHANGE BINDINGS, YOU WILL NEED TO SWITCH TO THE STEAMVR BETA BRANCH. THEY WILL NOT WORK OTHERWISE.

Here's a list of issues I'm currently having with the Vive wands:

- After grabbing a gun WITH MODIFIED CLICK-GRIP BINDS, I need to press my grip button THREE times to let go of what I'm holding on to. With the MP5K, this issue is also prevalent in the foregrip.

- I'd LIKE to grab a new magazine with just the trigger, rather than the grip button AND the trigger button. This seems like a game issue, rather than a controller issue, so I guess we'll have to wait for 1Marrow to be moddable too (if ever), as the primary moddability seems aimed at custom models and game content instead of engine-level features.

- Thumbs are frozen in a weird position. This is purely cosmetic, as it's not caused me any in-game issues (yet).

- Whether I jump / crouch is a 50/50 dice-roll. I don't know if there's a specific knack I need to learn which makes my character always jump / crouch when I want to. I'm a physical croucher anyway, so I couldn't care less about a crouch keybind. Wish I could turn it off.
