32GB of ram.
Thx, MSI
The physics are definitely curbed for now at least. The weight stats are skewed and feels like the physics are running at a lower fps than the game
Nvidia RTX 3060ti, Intel i7-11700 (not overclocked), 32GB RAM.
all good on "ultra" graphics but as soon as I try to set everything on ultra in custom settings, Im noticing fps drops
Quest 2 Res 2000x2140~ per eye
low settings
played a bit with 72 Hz, MSI after burner registered around 55% GPU usage only.
4000 Mb memory usage with peak around 5000 mb
CPU was around 10 to 20%
RAM usage 10 to 11,5 gb
overall I got a really good feeling about how it ran, maybe even better than boneworks, BUT some settings hits REALLY hard the performance, I recommend testing and making your own customs settings
I'd be curious to hear if anyone has better experience with AirLink/Link.
Ryzen 7 3800X / 32GB 3600MHZ RAM / RX 6750XT / 1TB Samsung 980 SSD/
game won't go past loading screen.
With Bonelab kinda feels like my oc'ed RTX 3090 is the bare minimum for acceptable image quality, lol.
Devs stated that system requirements were similar for Boneworks and Bonelab, must be joke of the century :-)
Looks like low-poly Quest assets, with way too super-duper-polished surfaces.
Btw, normal light from fixed lamps is fake, when I put my hand under a lamp, the light does not illuminate my hand and there is no shadow cast by my hand - just like the fake Questified light in Red Matter 2. But when you hold a torch, you do get some proper light and nice dynamic shadows.
I'm using SteamVR res 200% and res 1.2 in-game (might equal res 240%). I get solid 90 fps for now with these settings:
MSAAx1
SMAA = disabled (does not look better activated)
HBAO = low (does not look better using higher settings)
Shadow res on Ultra
Shadow cascade = 4
Volumetric on High
Screen space refections = med
Bloom = high
Lod bias 3.0
If prefer high res to high msaa, high res clears up the image quality and provides antialiasing, while high MSAA removes jaggies but not the blur from low res. So push res as high as possible, and lower msaa as much as possible. 2c.
Strange that such a demanding game comes with no support for DLSS.
And yeah as Rune said, SMAA and MSAA are better off or in the lowest settings so you could bump up the resolution
