Stuck at loading screen

I am able to successfully launch the game however when I get past the loading screen it shows a blank screen along with a skeletal model of what I assume is the avatar. It's just stuck there however. Have any of you experienced this issue? I have restarted the game several times now.

Edit: It worked after installing newer graphics drivers and updating windows, then restarting the computer. I have no idea what caused it. loading is now really fast and the game is smooth.

Make sure it says steam vr, thats the solution.

It was already set to steam vr.

Same issue, openxr is already on steamvr. I tried verifying integrity of files and uninstalling and reinstalling, still have the same issue.

Update your headset firmware in Update Devices. That worked for me

yeah i get past the loading screen and endup in a blackscreen and yeah my runtime is already steamVR if you run a pimax you cant even set it to anything else then steam vr

Also stuck on level 01 loading screen, changed to Steam VR no change

had a driver update for Oculus that released around the same time the game became available.

try opting into Steam Vr's Beta update. that somehow fixed it for me

I played the game until I got the hub. Stopped for a break. Now, I can get to the main menu but when I try to load my save it won't get past the loading screen. I've updated Windows and my drivers. I'm opt'ed into the SteamVR Beta Update. My current OpenXR runtime is SteamVR.
