So there is people actually using this crap?
pure base game is good enough for me.
If I am supposed to get them then ya, why not use them. And yes if it's in the game people ARE going to use it. Or as you would say people is going to use it 🤣
1. If you ever tried it, you'd see the difference. The epic sleeves allow you to just aim about 3 feet short of the hole and swing. Ball stops on a dime. A few rounds of that, and then--or so hopes the crack staff at 2k23--you're hooked on the sugar. At that point, 2k23 takes the role of drug dealer. Pay up. Regular and often.
2. Many people have complained about the greens being extremely fast in online match play. I'm guessing if you invest in a ball sleeve that has a super low roll rating, it would mitigate that issue. Haven't tried it and don't plan to.
3. I'm sure you've noticed that most people who play online match play are all about how far they can ht the ball, everything else be damned. I'm getting a little tired of seeing people regularly hit 360+ yard drives and I suspect they are investing in a flight boost ball sleeve for super extra long drives. I get the feeling that most of them just aren't happy unless they are the longest hitter. Sorta like the guy that has to have the biggest 4x4 truck... compensating for something else, people say. All that said, there certainly are advantages to hitting it on the green off the tee on a 370yd par 4. And all but a handful of players are in it solely for the win--nothing else matters. I'm sure they're hoping for a future ball sleeve or boost that allows them to hit 400yd drives. Can't wait for that.
