Stuck in Offline Mode

games launches in offline mode and every attempt to connect to online services grants an error saying it must be done through the main menu, which is exactly where I am trying to reconnect. Anyone else having this issue?

Ever since I tried to create a 2k account from the settings menu, the game crashed and I'm stuck in offline mode.

Yep, can't play a single-player career due to their servers being offline

Servers have been coming and going for me. Try quit to desktop and start game again. That's been working for me

i know about the server issues as of now, but the problem i have been dealing with has been consistent for nearly the past 24 hours

Still stuck in offline mode! 2k21 works! Tried to log into 2K account with not luck. Can't change password as you never receive a verify email, yes check Junk mail aswell. Hopefully they resolve it before EA sports Golf comes out other wise I will never get to play 2hrs and a refund will be available. Is it server related or 2k account not linking? Some answers from 2 K and HB would be very nice

Same here. It is always offline (but was not at the beginning). Have tried all I could find, but nothing. And with the 2K Website... it's a mess, PW reset not working, unlink old accound not working.
I just wanna play a little golf :-)

After over a week of chatting with 2k support, 2k told me that my ISP can help me and nothing more can be done. He closed the ticket!!! Thx Miguel O.

Told me the same thing. I talked to my ISP as a formality and screenshot the conversation of them saying everything was fine on their end. Sent that screenshot to 2K support and still haven't gotten a reply in days, but they have not closed the ticket. We should be compensated for this kind of treatment.
